During our days in Wellington, we didn't really manage to write any new posts. We kept ourselves busy working through thousands of pictures and hours of videos, before we head over to the south island and get even more. But we also walked around Wellington and had a look at things we haven't seen yet. Here are a couple of more Welly pics:
Das Museum in Wellington hatten wir bei unserem ersten Besuch nicht geschafft. (Wir waren nur im Nationalmuseum- dem Te Papa). Darum haben wir die Zeit genutzt und sind mit Melli zusammen durch das Museum geschlendert:

Die leckerste Bäckerei in ganz Wellington: Im Pandoro haben wir es uns gemütlich gemacht und internationale Bäckereikunst genossen.Germans love good bakeries and we were very lucky to find Pandoro! They have a nice variety of rye and sourdough breads plus lots of other yummy things:
Silvester in Wellington: wir sind durch die Straßen gezogen und haben uns Leute angeschaut und Musikern zugehört. Es war ganz schön kalt. Dies haben sich die Wellingtonianer allerdings nicht anmerken lassen. Es fehlte an nichts, nur an Stoff an den Klamotten der Frauen. Alleine beim ansehen haben wir schon gefroren und uns gefragt, wie manche Frauen auf solchen abgefahrenen Stöckelschuhen laufen können (viele konnten es auch nicht und wir hatten unseren Spaß beim zuschauen):
New years eve, we roamed the streets of Wellington and enjoyed street musicians, a little concert at civic square and all the Wellingtonians who were impressively dressed up (women with extremly short skirts and very high heels - it was below 10 degrees celsius).
